We try our best to make sure your order will be delivered to your home as soon as possible. We try to ship orders within 24 hours. Shipping times will be 1-3 working days within the Netherlands, but can be longer depending on your location. If for some reason we do not meet this delivery time, we will inform you as soon as possible.
We offer free shipping within the Netherlands. Delivery is via a parcel deliverer. We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by a package delivery or their local delivery partners. We try our best to deliver your purchase to you as soon as possible. We will make a claim if your package is lost or damaged in transit and refund you or offer a replacement instrument. It may happen that you want to return an order. Whatever the reason, you have the right to cancel your order up to 30 days after receiving your order without giving any reason. Contact us about this within 30 days of receiving your order by email.
You will be credited the full order amount excluding shipping costs. The costs for returning from your home to the webshop are for your own account. These costs are approximately 6.95 per package within the Netherlands, but can differ depending on you location, for the exact rates consult the website of your carrier. When you use your right of withdrawal, the product must be returned to us with all accessories supplied and in the original condition and packaging. We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days after registration of your return, provided that the product has already been returned in good order.
If the product or packaging is damaged more than is necessary to try the product, you are responsible for the depreciation of the product. So treat the product with care and make sure that it is well packaged on return
We care about our products and logically do our best to deliver them to you in top condition. However, it sometimes happens that an order breaks during transport or that something else happens that entitles you to warranty. You have a 2 year warranty on our products with the exception of the handpans. Legally, you are obliged to report this to us within two months of the discovery of the defect. If the defect falls within the warranty, we will repair or replace it free of charge.
