Real Steel, Nitrated Steel or Ember Steel Handpan?
Our Real Steel handpan is made of high carbon steel. This gives the handpan the energetic and euphoric sound. Our Nitrated Steel handpan is made of nitrated steel. This handpan has a deeper, more melancholic sound. Both handpans are ideal for beginning and advanced percussionists and are ideal for meditation, sound therapy or other spiritual purposes. Listen carefully to the sound videos and choose the sound that touches you the most!
We create your handpan in our beautiful studio
All our handpans are crafted by hand in our studio by our small though experienced team on Bali. This contrasts with much lower quality handpans, which have found their way to the Dutch market in large numbers from China, for example. Making and tuning a handpan is a complex process. It is important to us at all times to take our time for our unique creations. That is why we usually have a limited number of handpans in stock. It might be possible that your dream instrument is not immediately available. In that case you can pre-order your desired handpan through the website. The production and waiting period varies between 6-16 weeks, this is usually stated on the handpan. We can assure you it is worth the wait for such a unique instrument!
