The Constellation series has a diameter of 28cm and is available with 8 or 9 tones. The drum is characterized by a warm and deep sound. The drum has a long sustain which makes the tones sound nicely together.
The Zephyr series is 36cm in diameter and has 9 tones. This drum is characterized by its clear and dynamic sound. This causes the tones to vibrate individually.
Our Echo Series has a diameter of 42 cm and 9 notes. This drum is characterized by its long resonance and larger size, allowing it to play like a handpan.

Tongue Drum Selection Guide
Constellation Series
The Constellation series has a diameter of 28cm and is available with 8 or 9 notes. This drum is characterized by its warm and deep sound. It has a long resonance, which allows the tones to blend beautifully. The G-Major and Lydian scales create an energetic and euphoric (joyful) tone. The A-Minor scale has a relaxing and melancholic (meditative) quality, while the AkeBono scale produces a sound that is both relaxing and mysterious.
Zephyr Series
The Zephyr series has a diameter of 36cm and features 9 notes. This drum is characterized by its clear and dynamic sound, where each note stands out distinctly. The Equinox scale includes both minor (B-Minor) and major (C-Major) components, offering both relaxing and melancholic tones, as well as euphoric and uplifting sounds.
Echo Series
Our largest model is the Echo Series. With a diameter of 42cm and 9 notes, its larger size allows for the production of deep, full tones that are perfect for a soothing experience. Due to its size and sound, this Tongue Drum plays similarly to a handpan. The D-Minor scale is particularly versatile, ideal for emotional and meditative playing, creating a deep, introspective atmosphere. The C# Amara scale offers not only a meditative sound but also uplifting elements that bring a positive, vibrant energy to the performance.

- C# Amara Echo Series: This one has a cheerful yet meditative sound and is also very easy to play. This model is slightly larger, making it better suited for children from 3 years old (but if you play for your child, it can be used earlier).

Learning to Play the Tongue Drum
Learning to play a Tongue Drum is very easy! The instrument is intuitive to play, and no musical experience is needed. The notes are tuned to a single scale, ensuring that you always create beautiful sounds, even without knowledge of music theory.
To help you get started, your Tongue Drum comes with an online music book. We have written these books ourselves, and each one is specially tailored to the specific drum you choose. The book includes simple songs and patterns to help you start playing right away. With just a little practice, you'll soon be creating beautiful melodies and fully enjoying the soothing sounds of your instrument!
A Tongue Drum can be played with both hands and mallets (drumsticks). Playing with your hands creates a warmer, deeper tone, while using drumsticks produces a clearer, softer sound. These different playing techniques offer a wide range of tonal variations and playing experiences.
Some advice regarding playing with your hands: When you use the right technique, you can get a nice sound from your instrument quite easily. It is extremely important to play the drum with a relaxed finger. You don't need to use a lot of force, it's just a light and short touch. It is therefore important to tap the tones only very briefly with a flexible / loose finger. When you play the drum with a tense finger, you dampen the vibration of the tones. Placing your finger on the drum for too long will also dampen the vibration of the drum.
